Plum Creek’s vision of seeing changed lives, changing lives has never been clearer.

We’re a local church that wants to follow the way of Jesus in simple and practical ways. We love people wherever they are on their spiritual journey and believe that if Jesus was right about God, life, and the soul, then it only makes sense to rearrange our lives around what he says is true.

That way of life is then filtered through our values:

These hallmarks of a changed life provide the needed target our God-sized vision requires.

That’s why our vision of seeing changed lives, changing lives is so important to us—because when you choose to follow Jesus like this, it really does change everything.

PRIMARY GOAL

100% PARTICIPATION

Changed lives, changing lives isn’t something we’ve finished; it’s what God has called us to next in increasing measure! He has a unique NEXT IS NOW story to author through each of us. We simply must say, “Yes!”

SECONDARY GOAL

$25.5 MILLION

This is a One Fund initiative. That simply means that we are trusting God for this amount to cover all of our expenses for the next two years, which provides for our ongoing ministry advancement, increased missions efforts, and expanded facilities.

ONE FUND

It’s possible that you’ve been a part of church campaigns in the past where you were asked to give a second gift “over and above” your regular giving.

However, we’ve found that “over and above” giving is potentially confusing to people who don’t have a baseline for their “normal giving.” It also has the potential to diminish the significance of the ongoing generous giving of so many people at Plum Creek.

NEXT IS NOW will last two years. In those two years, every gift given to Plum Creek will go to NEXT IS NOW to help us say “Yes!” with greater faith and boldness to the plans God has in store for our valley, our church, and our lives.

*Total giving over two years from April 2026 through April 2028, which includes three tax years.

WE LOVE THIS KIND OF MATH

$25.5 million over two years can sound, well, like $25.5 million. While we don’t take this kind of number lightly, we also know that God has always provided for his vision of seeing changed lives, changing lives. NEXT IS NOW is simply another opportunity for him to show his faithfulness through our collective obedience.

This is why NEXT IS NOW is actually not about money at all. At its heart is the discipleship journey we’ve been on as a church—saying yes to following Jesus fully and experiencing the spiritual practice of generosity in real time.

Math can be hard for most of us, but it’s not hard at all for God.

  • This number isn’t a surprise for us because this is simply our annual operating budget over two years. Living lives of irrational generosity is something our church has always prioritized, which has allowed us to make the imapct we have, and will continue to do so.

  • From the very beginning, our leadership have made giving to missions a nonnegotiable. Through NEXT IS NOW we’re passionate about increasing our annual investment and folding our One Day global missions offering directly into this generosity journey,

  • Expanding our current footprint has proven itself to be the path of wise stewardship and maximum impact. By essentially doubling our current cappacity, Plum Creek Church willl be positioned to meet the needs of our growing community.
